Christian Wellisch

Undisputed Law Group was founded by Christian Wellisch, an attorney with a genuinely uncommon depth and range of experience.

As a former active-duty JAG (Judge Advocate General) officer, Christian developed expertise in risk analysis, litigation, and investigations — skills honed in sensitive, high-stakes environments where precision and discretion are not optional. He has also served as a Deputy City Attorney, giving him direct insight into the legal challenges facing public agencies and municipalities.

Christian has been licensed to practice law in California since 2008 and in Hawaii since 2018. Before law school, he worked as a network engineer in Silicon Valley, earning CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, and MCP certifications through self-study — a technical foundation that informs a methodical, evidence-focused approach to every matter. He is also unique among attorneys in having competed in Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) at the professional level, including competition in the Ultimate Fighting Championship®, from which he has since retired.

Christian holds three specialty credentials directly relevant to this work: AWI-CH (Certificate Holder, Association of Workplace Investigators), the SHRM Workplace Investigations Specialty Credential, and the SHRM California HR Law Specialty Credential.

Ron Pfleger

Ron Pfleger is a licensed private investigator and retired law enforcement veteran with more than 30 years of experience. His training and instincts as a detective bring rigor, effectiveness, and sensitivity to every investigation Undisputed Law Group conducts — ensuring that evidence is properly documented and that the rights of all parties, including witnesses and victims, are appropriately protected. Ron conducts workplace investigations under direct attorney supervision, an arrangement that provides the dual benefit of attorney work-product protection and cost efficiency, without sacrificing thoroughness or quality.

Richard Mendelson, Ph.D.

Richard Mendelson, Ph.D. is an organizational psychology consultant who collaborates with Undisputed Law Group on workplace investigations and training. His research background in emotional intelligence brings an additional layer of insight to matters involving workplace conduct, culture, and conflict.
